Emily Williams, MD, MPH
Emily Williams joined the David Lawrence Centers in 2014 as a part time Child Staff Psychiatrist in Children’s Medical Services. She is board certified in general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Dr. Williams earned her bachelor of science degree in psychology from Davidson College in Davidson, NC where she graduated cum laude. She then went on to earn a master’s of public health from the University of Texas School of Public Health and her doctorate degree from Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, NC. She completed her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship as well as her general psychiatry residency at Palmetto Health and University of South Carolina where she was named Resident of the Year.
Emily is an active member of the Florida Medical Association, American Academy of Children Adolescent Psychiatry and American Psychiatric Association.
