Registration Now Open for Chip in for DLC Golf Tournament Set for October
Naples, Fl – David Lawrence Centers for Behavioral Health (DLC), Collier County’s only comprehensive, not-for-profit behavioral health provider serving children, adults and families, will host the Ninth Annual Chip in for DLC Golf Tournament on Friday, October 21, 2022 at the beautiful and exclusive Quail Creek Country Club, located at 13300 Valewood Drive in Naples.
Registration and the sit-down lunch program begin at 11:30 a.m., with tee-off set for 1 p.m. Guests will enjoy a beautiful, feel-good fall afternoon while supporting DLC’s life-saving, life-changing mental health and substance use treatment services – which are in high demand as children, adults and families cope with the lasting psychological implications of the COVID-19 pandemic, coupled with the suicide crisis and opioid epidemic that continues to take more lives than ever before.
The tournament will be played in an 18-hole scramble with four-person teams. Participants who enter as individuals will be placed on a team. Immediately following the tournament will be a brief awards reception with passed hors d’oeuvres.
Individual players are $250 per person and teams are $1,000 per foursome. Individual player fees include green fees and a cart, lunch, and the awards reception. In addition, golfers will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of raffles, skills challenges, and on course activities. A Super Ticket—which includes two mulligans, one super raffle entry, and a drink ticket—is available for $50.
All proceeds will benefit the mission, operations, and expansion of DLC’s innovative, comprehensive inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based prevention and treatment services.
The event is being co-chaired by Dr. Stephanie Ahasic, DC and Josh Leppo.
