An investigation began in December 2014 by the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, Attorney General’s Office, and the DEA to seize heroin and other drugs in Collier County. Scott Burgess, CEO of the David Lawrence Centers, which provides rehab service through its facility, Crossroads, offers assistance to law enforcement as well as services to those addicted to the drugs involved.
