Honorary co-chairs Joyce and Bill O’Meara and their children Cristal & Jim O’Meara, are pleased to announce that tickets are now on sale and a variety of sponsorship opportunities are available for the David Lawrence Foundation’s destination driven signature fundraiser Hong Kong: The Exotic Far East.

Imagine, for one night, being part of the thrill of one of the most exciting cities of the Far East. Sense the excitement of the Chinese New Year among lions, dragons, drums and an explosion of energy and color while encased in a chic, Zen-like atmosphere. Dinner, dancing, entertainment and an exclusive silent auction will add to the event’s excitement. All proceeds will benefit the mental health and substance use programs at the David Lawrence Centers .

The gala is being held Friday, January 16, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. at this year’s new location, the Naples Yacht Club located at 700 14th Avenue South. An exclusive, private VIP party will be held the evening before the event for sponsors and patrons.

Tickets to the event are $500 per person and $1,200 per patron. Sponsorships range from $5,000 to $10,000 and include a variety of exclusive benefits.
