Naples, Fl – David Lawrence Centers, Collier County’s only comprehensive, not-for-profit mental health and addiction recovery treatment center serving children, adults and families, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mary Morton, CPA to the Board of Directors. Morton will serve on the Finance Committee. She will serve a three-year term.

Morton is the currently the Chief Financial Officer of Moorings Park, a premier retirement community in Southwest Florida.

Morton has volunteered with the Center since 2011, serving on both the David Lawrence Foundation and David Lawrence Centers Finance Committees

Morton is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Florida Institute of CPAs. She is graduate of the GAIN Class of 2009, Leadership Collier Class of 2012 and Connect Florida Class V. She is an active volunteer for Habitat for Humanity of Collier County and LeadingAge. In 2013, she was named a Gulfshore Business Top 40 under 40.

Morton earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and her Master of Business Administration from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
