DAVID LAWRENCE CENTER NAMES WILKINSON DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING
Naples, Fl – The David Lawrence Centers, Collier County’s only comprehensive, not-for-profit mental health and substance use treatment facility serving children, adults and families, is pleased to announce the promotion of Rob Wilkinson to Director of Accounting.
Wilkinson joined David Lawrence Centers as a staff accountant in 2012. In 2013, he was recognized for his exemplary work ethic by receiving an Outstanding Team Player Award. In 2015, Wilkinson was promoted to Accounting Supervisor and was named Employee of the Year. In addition to doing a great job on the job, he also supports David Lawrence Centers off the clock, having served as a volunteer at the Annual Gala and attended Young Executive Events.
Prior to joining the Center, Wilkinson worked as a bookkeeper for a private hanger at Southwest Florida International Airport and several small companies in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. He earned his Bachelor’s of Arts in Accounting from Florida International University.
Wilkinson’s supervisor Scott Geltemeyer, Chief Financial Officer, shares, “Rob has shown tremendous dedication, innovation, and ownership. I look forward to Rob continuing to make a positive impact at David Lawrence Centers within our department.”
