This month, DLC is highlighting the topic of Community Needs, with a focus on the importance of providing access to mental health and substance use services, as well as to crisis and disaster relief. The demand for crisis support has been on the rise within Collier County, and the conversation around mental health has never been more relevant following the heart-breaking devastation and destruction recently brought to Southwest Florida by Hurricane Ian. We will be sharing resources and addressing important community needs related to the psychological impacts from Ian.
